WE HELP
GOOD CAUSES
harness the power
of the web. For free.
Web for Good © builds world-class websites and software for free. We’re a foundation created by Worthwhile, whose employees choose which nonprofit to serve each year.
We believe in doing good and in those who commit to doing good. We combine passion and compassion by giving away some of our best work.
Web for Good provides custom digital strategy and solutions. When we pick a project, we leverage our team’s expertise to create a website, software or digital project that makes our pro bono client better online.
Who We’ve Helped
A Child’s Haven works with young, at-risk children in Greenville, SC. Far more than a day care, they support each child’s emotional, physical and intellectual needs with a caring staff, intentional activities and outreach to the family. Their ADDY award-winning site introduces families to a facility and resources that can help their children grow.
Visit SiteFirst Baptist Church in the City of New York is one of the city’s oldest churches, dating back to 1745, but their web presence didn’t reflect their history or what is happening in the church as well. We created a new site that displays the beautiful building and focuses on the church’s people to tell the church’s story in an interactive, enjoyable way.
Visit SiteThe I Do It For Foundation is a new organization dedicated to helping people raise money for specific individuals in need. The foundation provides free resources—including customized web pages—to help Doers support their Inspirations. We created a beautiful website powered by a reliable software to enable the foundation to support Doers and Donors as more people catch the vision and start I Do It For campaigns.
Visit SiteFill out an application for your nonprofit, explaining why we should support you with our renowned digital strategy. What good are you doing, and how could you do it even better with a web-based tool?
We work on one Web for Good project at a time to give our full energy and top quality. Our next application review process will begin in early 2014, and we are accepting new applications now.
We’ll meet with our chosen nonprofit (and give others some options to consider). Together, we’ll develop a top-of-the-line web or software tool to make that nonprofit’s good even better.
We post updates on everything Web for Good is doing on Worthwhile’s social media sites. Follow along and keep in touch.
